I am a Lead UX Researcher with a strong passion for deeply understanding users and developing evidence-based research strategies that inform user-centered design, product roadmaps, and business decisions. I combine strategic thinking with curiosity to uncover not only what users do, but also why they do it.
I leverage mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative) to identify user needs, test hypotheses, reduce product risks, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. I am known for championing research best practices and advocating for users, across teams.
I have extensive experience building and scaling UX Research functions by establishing standards, processes, and effective ways of working, as well as mentoring mid-level and junior researchers to ensure research excellence.
Through strong collaboration with stakeholders, I bridge user needs with business goals to deliver impactful and meaningful products.
